International Shipping
Purchases delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order total during checkout, after your delivery address is entered. We have a flat rate for international shipping.
New Zealand: $10 - Registered International Post. No PO Boxes.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom: $20

When will I receive my order?
Availability: In Stock. Orders are typically dispatched same day before 2pm for next day delivery.
Availability: Dispatch Within 4 Days. Dispatched from warehouse within 4 working days (may be up to 7 working days during Christmas/New Year Holidays).
Availability: Out of Stock. This product is currently out of stock. You can click here to receive 15% discount when the product is back in stock.
Australian deliveries are shipped via Australia Post Express Post and most Eastern States receive their orders the day after dispatch. Read about how long delivery will take to your state/region at the Express Post network.
New Zealand deliveries are estimated at 3-10 working days after dispatch, with most items delivered in 3-5 days.
International shipments please allow up to 21 working days. We aim to dispatch all international orders within 3 days if the product is in stock.
Is a signature required?
No, Australia Post delivers directly to your letterbox or PO Box.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, Australian deliveries can go directly to your Post Office Box. International deliveries can not be delivered to PO Boxes.
Is delivery discreet?
Of course! Your purchase will arrive in an Australia Post satchel from our parent company, Rocket Pants, with no reference to the contents.

Can I track my parcel?
A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your purchase has been shipped and its tracking details (if applicable). This can also be viewed online in your account. Simply follow the link in our email once your purchase has been shipped.
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to re-send it.
