Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if within 7 days of receiving your goods, you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that you must notify us of your intention to return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in order to qualify for a full refund. You can do this by completing our product returns form which will provide you with an RMA (Returns Number).

ALL RETURNS ARE FREE WITHIN 7 DAYS (within Australia). We will mail you a pre-addressed Express Post Satchel after completion of our product returns form.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns form. Please make sure you return your items to us within 7 days after having notified us of your intention. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our own discretion and may only be refunded as an online store credit.
Regrettably some items can not be returned (unless the product is faulty). These include briefs (G-strings, knickers, panties etc), adult toys and any liquid (perfumes, massage oils, lubricants etc).
International returns are the responsability of the customer. Please contact us to see what arrangement we can come to with regards to your international return.
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, usually within 30 days.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
