**Please note some OhMiBod and 210th products ship from our European warehouses. Delivery for these items are marked on their product pages and generally take 3-7 working days.**

Christmas and New Year 2017/18

To ensure you get your deliveries on time, last orders for Christmas delivery by 15th December. If your product is shipping from overseas, please order before 12th December.

Mimi De Luxe's warehouse will be closed from 22nd December to 2nd January. You can still place orders during this time, but they are unlikely to ship until after 2nd January 2018. Please note orders may be delayed around this time.

Will I know when my order is sent?

Yes, you will be emailed tracking details so you can follow the order. Australian orders are typically dispatched same day if ordered before midday, otherwise most orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. All items are in sent from within Australia (with the exception of 210th boxes and some OhMiBod - marked on the product pages).

Australian deliveries are shipped via Australia Post and occassional courier. All deliveries have tracking and you will be emailed with the tracking details when your order has dispatched.

We ship discreetly and directly from multiple locations across Australia for fast delivery.

I haven't received a tracking email

Often our tracking emails don't go out until the evening, sometimes not till 8 or 9pm. And of course sometimes we are blocked by spam filters or you may have made a typo in your email address (it happens a lot!). Please contact us if it has been more than 48 hours and you haven't received a tracking email - after checking your spam folder.

Is a signature required?

Australia Post delivers directly to your letterbox or PO Box, however we occassionally use couriers. If your delivery does require a signature and you are not available, your delivery will be left at your local Post Office for collection with a card placed under your door or in your letterbox. Please check your tracking to see if your parcel is waiting collection.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, deliveries can go directly to your Post Office Box.

Is delivery discreet?

Of course! Your purchase will arrive in an Australia Post satchel or a plain cardboard box, with no reference to the contents or Mimi De Luxe. Senders name will be our parent company, Rocket Pants. Try googling that and you'll see millions of results! There is no reference to the contents whatsoever.

We never send you printed materials as a follow up either - bad for the environment!

Environmental Commitment

Where possible we recycle packaging materials. This might mean your package is wrapped in second hand bubble wrap, or packaging that was used to safely deliver the latest products.

Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee of $13.50 will apply to re-send it.

Returns of faulty items are free within Australia. Please see our returns policy for more information.

GST & New Zealand

Please note GST will be removed from your order once you have entered your address.

International Shipping

We are not currently shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand. However we have a UK site, click here to shop in the UK you might also need to click the UK flag in the top left corner if your cookie has already been set.
