*Products shipping from Partner Warehouse in Europe are marked on their product description as shipping from our European Warehouse. All other products are shipped from inside the UK. Express Tracked Delivery can not be used on products shipping from our European Warehouse. These are shipped via DHL.

We ship discreetly from within the UK to ensure fast delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

You can upgrade for Express Tracked Delivery! This is mostly next day delivery for orders placed before midday.

Deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 & Interlink. All deliveries have tracking and you will be emailed with the tracking details when your order has dispatched. 


Is a signature required?

To make sure you have received your goodies, a signature is required on delivery.

What if I'm out when my order arrives?

If you are not home when your package arrives it will go to your local Post Office awaiting collection. A card will be left telling you where to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

We never send you printed materials as a follow up either - bad for the environment!

Can I track my parcel?

A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your purchase has been shipped and its tracking details. This can also be viewed online in your account. Simply follow the link in our email once your purchase has been shipped.

Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to re-send it.
