We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if a product is faulty, we will exchange it for you under the manufacturers warranty.
Please email us if you have a faulty return, with specific information regarding the fault.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Please note that goods should be returned in good condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns form. Please make sure you return your items to us within the warranty period after having notified us of your intention via email. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our own discretion and may only be refunded as an online store credit.
Regrettably some items can not be returned (unless the product is faulty). These include briefs (G-strings, knickers, panties etc), adult toys and any liquid (perfumes, massage oils, lubricants etc).
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within warranty, usually up to a period of one year.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
We hope you don't cancel your order, but if you need to please notify us ASAP. We do not guarantee cancellation, especially if your order has already been dispatched to our warehouse, however we will try to accommodate you.
